Jae Pea is the partnership of Columbus, OH shop-keep (Tigertree) and designer Josh (Patrick) Quinn and Los Angeles based J.P the t-shirt guy. The two met at a Las Vegas trade show in the spring of 2009 and within a month Quinn was on a plane to Los Angeles with a thumb-drive of ideas to put their first line together. Quinn's other line Maxine, Dear uses the covers of old children's books and he has always been inspired by vintage illustrations. Jae Pea follows suit and draws it's inspiration from the same resource bank. The graphics are simple and sweet. Each collection comes together to tell a story with an always changing cast of characters.
